We have a wide selection of the most popular R/C hobby products from overseas manufacturers and suppliers who provide us with some of these lines on an exclusive agency basis .

All of our staff are experienced modellers actively involved in all aspects of radio control.
We pride ourselves in the knowledge our vast experience in not only the trade but also the hobby brings to our customers.

Lew, Rene, Michael and Russ will be pleased to give personal advice on the selection of stock and the handling and operation of any of our products. We should also emphasize that NO order is too small and our prompt service applies equally to large and small purchases. PRICING
Our total range is offered at the lowest prices we can achieve, and have found to be very competitive especially the Discount Club prices. Due to the very high cost of certain items: eg: Large ARTF Kits, top of the range radios etc we have developed a policy of supplying these at a nett price rather than a high price tag and then discounting, this applies only to a very small range of items. It is Galtech Models' policy not to discount goods for cash. We do not give discounts unless the customer is a current member of our Discount Club scheme.

All prices are quoted inclusive of GST, freight extra (unless covered by Discount Club policy).

PAYMENT TERMS
Where a credit facility has been agreed on an account, all goods purchased must be paid for within 7 Days of the Invoice date . Payment may be made by cash, cheque or Visa/Mastercard/Amex. Direct payments may be made to our bank - Bank of New Zealand, Broadway Ave Branch, 272 Broadway Ave, Palmerston North

FREIGHT
Freight is extra on all items (unless covered by Discount Club policy).
We prefer to send by Courier Post as this service is available with reliability to rural and PO Box holders, and the Track and Trace system allows monitoring of shipments. We will send by Post but at the Purchaser's risk; we will not be liable for missing or non-delivered items.
Most Courier deliveries are overnight but RDs and some South Island destinations may be 2 days.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders received by 3:30PM for next day delivery.

RETURNS
Goods will not be accepted for return without prior authorization by Galtech Models Ltd. Return freight is at the buyer's expense and must be accompanied by a photocopy or details of the original invoice number and date. Claims for errors in supply must be made within seven days of receipt of any delivery. We reserve the right to repair or replace any defective goods. A 15% restocking fee may at our discretion apply to all returns where the customer has changed their mind. A warranty covering faulty workmanship or materials applies on all items for 30 days unless specifically indicated.

NEW DEALER ACCOUNTS
Our credit application form will be supplied on request and when returned must be accompanied by a photograph of the retail hobby/toy shop premises. A pro-forma will be provided covering a dealer's first order and payment must be made in advance. No credit is available for the first six months period until a good payment record has been established.

ALL PRODUCTS REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF GALTECH MODELS LTD UNTIL FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

SHOP HOURS
We open from 9am to 5pm weekdays and 10am to 1pm Saturdays. We are happy to open outside these hours for out of town groups wishing to visit, and if you are flying into Palmerston North just call us from the airport and a courtesy car will pick you up .

When it comes to Radio Control Aircraft, Helicopters, Boats & Cars our vast selection would be difficult to beat anywhere in New Zealand; coupled with this is a spare parts and accessory stock that has to be seen to be believed, covering all the lines we stock. Plastic kit modellers are not forgotten with at last count over 1200 kits in stock with 100s of others readily available.

FINDING US!
Our store is on the outskirts of Palmerston North at 28-30 Sutton Place. You need to get on the main road heading east out of Palmerston North towards Ashhurst and the Manawatu Gorge; this is also the main road to Napier (and yes it's called Napier Rd). As you near the town boundary heading out of town you will go around a sweeping left hand bend and head out into the country side, the 100Km/Hr road speed sign on your left is outside our shop
